Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Dneprograf print house website (the “Site”), placing orders and using the personal account. By using the Site and registering, you agree to these terms.

1. Registration and personal account

For convenient ordering you can create a personal account. You undertake to provide accurate data and are responsible for keeping your password safe. Registration is not mandatory — you can also place an order as a guest.

2. Placing orders

Prices and terms are confirmed by a manager after the order is placed. Production times become effective once the order is confirmed and the artwork is approved for printing. Artwork is not sent into production without your approval.

3. Personal data

The data you provide (name, phone, email, delivery address) is used solely to process orders and contact you. We do not share it with third parties, except delivery services to the extent needed to fulfil the order.

4. Intellectual property

The artwork and materials you send for printing remain your property. You confirm that you have the right to use and print them.
